TacAd Training

Command decisions, trained under pressure.

Run live, scenario-based exercises for teams wherever they are. Release information as an incident unfolds, capture every decision with its rationale, and debrief from a single timeline.

Taking part in an exercise? Use the link and PIN your controller sent you. You don't need an account.

How an exercise runs

Controllers prepare the material in advance, run it live with one or more syndicates, then use the record to debrief.

  1. Build the scenario

Write the injects in the order they should land: messages, phone calls, radio traffic, documents, images, audio or video.

  2. Run it live

Share a link and PIN. Trainees join, you place them in syndicates, start the clock and release injects to each syndicate as the incident develops.

  3. Debrief

See what every syndicate knew and what they decided, in time order, with their rationale. Export the full log.

Built for controllers

One controller can run several syndicates on different scenarios at the same time, from one screen.

Injects in any format

Plain text or an attached file: PDF, Word, images, audio and video play straight in the trainee's browser.

Syndicates, side by side

Give each syndicate its own scenario, and release to one, several or all of them with a single click.

Link and PIN access

Trainees join with the exercise link and a PIN, then sign back in with their email and the same PIN.

Decision logs

Every decision is time-stamped against the exercise clock and linked to the inject it answers, with the rationale behind it.

Private to each controller

Your scenarios, files, trainees and logs are visible to you alone. Other controllers on the platform can't see them.

Debrief timeline

Replay the exercise syndicate by syndicate and export the log as a spreadsheet for your records.

Accounts are issued, not registered

Controller accounts are set up by your organisation's administrator. If you need access, contact them directly. Trainees never need an account.
